Er. A. T. Baskar, M.Sc, B.E, A.M.I.E, F.I.V., Charted Civil Engineer in Madurai, I introduce myself as a Registered Govt. Valuer and Charted Civil Engineer Mastered in Realestate Valuation of Land And Building from Madurai, I was currently a panel valuer at 6 Banks, 6 Financial Sectors, and 4 Government Sectors. Since 1976, I was working as a professional Civil Engineer, Having 45 years of civil engineering work experience in Construction, Estimation, Planning, Vastu, and over 25 years of Valuation of Land & Building. I am 65 years old Civil Engineer, completed my M.Sc. [Real Estate Valuation] Post Graduate at Annamalai University, Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Science Graduate at Madurai Kamaraj University, and Diploma in Structural Engineering graduated at Tamilnadu Government Polytechnic College, Madurai. I have been working basically in Construction work. I have included myself in getting ready Plans, Estimating, Layout Plans, Structural Designs, and Valuation of different kinds of Immovable Property like a wide range of Buildings. Presently, as of now filling in as a Chartered Civil Engineer and Registered Govt. Valuer.
